Is your workplace fear-free? #Conscious #Leadership

When a person works in fear and stress, the limbic system is constantly sending messages to the prefrontal cortex, which overloads its ability to solve problems, set goals, and complete tasks in the most effective and creatives ways. 

When workers are afraid to speak or make mistakes, they are not as productive, cooperative nor creative.  Conscious leaders genuinely care and create safe and supportive, collaborative, respectful and inclusive environments free of harassment and intimidation for a diverse and vibrant team.  

In an environment without fear, workers are more creative, cooperative and productive. This street vendor certainly thinks outside the box: he is accepting Venmo :)
