This workshop will be led by consciousness experiencer, technologist and educator Nelson Abreu, who has taught hundreds of individuals in the Americas and Europe since 1999 to achieve higher states of consciousness and apply their insights to their everyday life. He has developed technology to facilitate consciousness development, contributed chapters to 4 books, co-founded I-ACT and has been a long-time collaborator of non-profits IAC and ICRL.
Program:
10 - 11 AM: discussion of techniques and their benefits
11 - 11:15 AM: Group A watches video about floating, while Group B learns about OBE process
11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Group A floats while Group B lies on matts
12:30 - 2 PM: Lunch Break (not included)
2:30 - 3:30 PM: Group B watches video and then floats while Group A lies on matts
3:45 - 4:15 PM: Discussion
